The Power is a story is all set in Mumbai city. This action and romance based drama revolve around the story of two lovers who progress towards their thrilling journey. Vidyut Jammwal aka Devi Das Thakur falls in love with Pari aka Shruti Hassan.
Mahesh Manjrekar aka Kalidas Thakur does all kinds of illegal activities but except drugs. It seems to be completely against his principle. While Devidas and Pari are all set to get married, something unwanted happening takes place in which Devidas gets entangled in the game of power.
The story of The Power is quite amusing and entertaining. The story plot and the bunch of characters are unique and beautifully portrayed themselves. The beginning of the story starts pretty well. You will definitely get the feeling the story holds some strong crime thriller drama. Both Vidyut Jammwal and Shruti Hassan have done a wonderful job for their respective roles.
The story carries many twists and turns that make it more interesting. The character and the role of Shruti Hassan seems to progress forward speedily as the story steps towards the end.
