"The Wilds" is finally here!
Amazon has finally released its new thriller series 'The Wilds', and it's sure it will keep you glued to your screens with its mysterious and thrilling story. The story talks about a bunch of party girls who are stranded in a deserted land and their survival fight. The series begins focusing on the life of teen girls, each growing up with their own secrets and pain and ends up in an exotic island in the middle of nowhere. And all left alone, they keep their differences aside, and together they fight for survival in a raw and authentic way.
The show is not just a cheeky teen drama. It's an exciting journey of the teens' girls filled with thrill and mystery with a lot of twists and turns that will no doubt keep you on the edge of your seat. The show has eight main characters with all women as the lead. It is written by Sarah Streicher who is also the writer of the popular Marvel-Netflix series "Daredevil", and produced by Amy B. Harris who is popularly known for "Sex and the City". With this series, Sarah has tried to outcast the story of the teen girls today and the heartbreak and struggle they have suffered while growing up.
The main characters of the show are- Sarah Pidgeon as Leah Rike, Mia Healey as Shelby Goodkind, Erana James as Toni Shalifoe, Jenna Clause as Martha Blackburn, Reign Edwards as Rachel Reid, Helena Howard as Nora Reid, Shannon Berry as Dot Campbell, Sophia Ali as Fatin Jadmani, and Chi Nguyen as Jeanette Dao.
Talking about the release date, the series has already dropped off on 11th December 2020. It is available on Amazon Prime Video, and the first episode is free for everyone for a limited period.
