Doctor Wilfred is a scientist, he was recruited by HYDRA to join the Winter Soldier Program. He recreated the Super Solid Serum. Falcon and Winter Soldier confronted him while he was working. He was shot and killed by Baron Zemo as he didn’t want more serum to be reproduced that’s why he wanted to prevent it. Dr. Wilfred Nagel was played by Olli Haaskivi in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
